Seating arrangements - Need a chair or rest area during the event
Venue accessibility - Questions about wheelchair and other access, elevators, or accessibility of facilities
Location accessibility - Information about accessibility at hotels, restaurants, and other locations
Service animals - Information about venue/location access for service animals, coordinating accommodations for service animals
Severe allergies - If you have allergies that could impact you while dancing (e.g., airborne allergens, skin contact sensitivities), let us know so we can raise awareness among participants
Financial accessibility - If cost is a barrier to attending, please reach out to discuss options. We want to make QSXZ accessible to everyone, regardless of financial situation.
